  When I ordered this item the contact with the seller was mostly instant. But when the item was delivered and it was not right they took ages for any answer. I sent item back at my own cost as they would not accept the return notification from eBay, so I sent it back and then they messed me about with refund, they kept messaging silly things and dragging out the process. In the end had to go to eBay and they looked in the the case and refunded me.
