  Thank you for the speedy delivery, the packaging was not adequate though, the envelope was wet and in a crumpled state, perhaps something more suitable in future sales! I haven’t used the hooks yet so cannot comment on their suitability.

  I send envelopes whenever possible to keep the postal charges down as for the envelope being wet this is a matter for you to take up with your local post office. I am glad you are happy with the actual item and the fast post which is actually what matters.
