  Strap advertised as spring bars included, unfortunately when it arrived there were no spring bars in the package. Messaged seller and unfortunately haven’t received a response. Strap is decent quality but description inaccurate.

  Long wait for strap to be delivered, no response from seller when asked, when it finally turned up it was the wrong colour so had to return now I'm being made to wait for my refund even thought the seller has received the returned strap. very bad customer service will no be dealing with this seller again.

  Ordered over a bank holiday, item sent straight after and arrived within the timescales stipulated on the listing. You didn't get a response as 1) you messaged over the weekend, 2) the item wasn't overdue and 3) the item was delivered on Monday, so there was really nothing to reply to at this stage. I'm sorry that the wrong colour was sent. The return was delivered on Friday and I've broken off my weekend to refund you 48 hours later. I am pleased to hear you won't be bothering me again.
