Now you're playing with Power! Super Power!
5 of 6 found this helpful Ah the Super Nintendo, if you grew up in the 90's this was more than a console, it was a barrier breaker, a great social tool, and a member of the family all in one convenient package. Speaking of which the 21 games it comes with are a near perfect collection, just a few odd ones but no big fuss as the good far outweighs the bad. Among my favourites of this collection include Legend of Zelda: a Link to the Past, Super Mario Kart, and Donkey Kong Country. Even cooler is they included the long overdue game StarFox 2 which never got its release until now. Besides 21 games, you now have some cool features such as choosing picture quality for a short screen, old time feel, or even crystal clear. In a hurry? Don't worry, with any game you can save a point at any time and pick a save spot for crucial areas and if that wasn't cool enough, you can even rewind or fast-forward certain sections that were difficult, like what one would do in emulation. The developers learned from their mistake with the NES classic and now have two controllers instead of one (even better they are longer at 5 feet long compared to the predecessor's 3 feet). I very highly recommend this system to anyone especially nostalgic adults who grew up in the 90s, it simply doesn't get any better than this.

Shockingly Good!
1 of 1 found this helpful Ah the good old days of Pokemon, not even the recent XY series could touch upon the magic of seasons 1-5, a perfect balance of action, adventure, comedy, drama, and imagination. This DVD is no different. We get three episodes on this one disc:
Mystery at the Lighthouse - After capturing a Krabby, Ash and friends travel to a lighthouse where they meet Bill a famous researcher
Electric Shock Showdown - Ash and friends finally make it to Vermillion City, and challenges the gym leader Lt. Surge. After suffering a crushing defeat, Pikachu it willing to prove that it doesn't need evolution to succeed.
Battle Aboard the St. Anne - the first episode that premiered in the U.S. in 1998, after the victory the trio hop aboard the St. Anne for their next stop, but the boat holds a nasty trap for the people aboard....
Includes the full length Poke-rap as well!

A monster bashing good time!
Before there was Resident Evil there was Zombies ate my Neighbors, the most fun you'll ever have blasting hordes of ghastly ghouls all with unconventional methods. Who says you need blood and gore to bring out scary fun? Thanks to Nintendo's family friendly gaming policy at the time, the invention of the weapons turned the game into gold.
