New York Dolls
Just got into this band. Great debut album and well worth a visit to see how the roots of Punk started. Buy this with the best of the Ramones, Never Mind Bollocks and the best of the Clash for a musical education into Seventies Punk.

Seymour Duncan SPB1
I wondered what all the fuss was about with these pickups as I found the Steve Harris SPB4 not a great pickup for my style. The SPB1 is a different animal. A great balance of vintage sound and power at an amazing price.
I use Rotosound Swing66 strings and have both Maple and Rosewood fret boards. I liked these so much I brought a second set for my other Precision.
