  I cannot praise this seller enough. This was a large bulky item that was advertised collection only. I have been searching for this item for my granddaughter and the seller kindly offered to post it. They sourced excellent packaging and wrapped it very carefully and securely . The communication was excellent, delivery speedy just wonderful service. I have a very happy 5 year old granddaughter and I’m a very happy grandmother.   I loved the seller’s quick response and sincerity. The stroller came in immaculate condition too. Almost looked new. Didn’t come with the carrying bag and raincover, and the seller made that clear in the description. Pictures of the stroller where posted when i requested.   Sadly, the item never arrived because Yodel lost it in transit. I hope it is found and returned to the seller because they lost out when I was refunded, but it’s not their fault Yodel lost it. She’s a lovely lady who communicated with me throughout.
