Looks Good but Quite Brittle.
Definitely looks much better than the original, which had gone a little shabby after 15 years. However, is not a perfect fit and is made from a more brittle plastic than the original. (One of the securing clips snapped as I fitted it).

Bigger is Definitely Not Better.
I've had a number of older Seiko 5's over the years and always found them to be excellent watches so I decided to treat myself to a new one. Unfortunately, for some reason, Seiko have decided to change what was probably one of the best watches in the world into a chunky uncomfortable piece of wrist bling.
My new Seiko has now been consigned to the sock drawer and I've gone back to wearing my old watch.

Just like the original, unfortunately.
Exactly like the one which came with my camera, including the feeble (and breakable) plastic springs.
