Works if you understand how to operate.
I Found a blood pressure Cuff machine in great condition (older version ) at a local resell shop but it did not have the bulb. A nurse friend of mine show me how to attach to inflate. I’m not good at using it but she is so she knew how to operate it. If you know how to use one, then it is a good deal for you.

You no longer have to compromise with breakage for controlled edges.
I started using this after years of thin edges from Adhesives and other gels that would cause breakage. I’m glad to say that not only do I have smooth looking edges because of the quality of this product, but my edges have completely recovered and are full again due to the nourishing properties the gel contains. I do rinse it out every night when I shower so I don’t have build up the next day.
