Marine GOOP! An Adhesive You Shouldn't Be Without
If it's going to get wet and needs to be glued, Marine GOOP will probably do the job and hold up. I've used it on the soles of shoes & boots and on inflatable watercraft. Also on leather products and patching small tears in tent fabrics. A bond that holds and hasn't failed me yet.
