Not as thick as is made out, but excellent mat for floor work!
1 of 1 found this helpful This mat is ideal for the more experienced yoga/pilates enthusiast. It is not very thick as the detail describes, but the diagrams alone for the workout is worth the money in itself. To do either pilates/yoga/fitness floor work, it's best to have a mat of this thickness for balance. However, if you have painful joints/recovering from a knee/hip op, then a much thicker mat would be ideal. Overall I think this is a great product & fit for purpose.

Perfect wallet, fit for purpose
Excellent value for money. With the "all round zip" which keeps your cards and money safe. Looks good too.
