Excellent value, amazing content.
I bought this book because I do a lot of Scottish photography and wanted to see just how many places I was missing, this book has given me many more sites to visit, a lot of which I had no idea about.
The author has done a very good job of seeking out photogenic places that are off the beaten track and which not many people know about, unfortunately, that will not now be the case and you may find some places pretty busy.
The book is packed with very good photographs and I must say Dougie is no mean force behind the camera, I am very impressed.
I am off to Skye and the north highlands next week, so I have a list from the book to try out.
If you shop around you can get some good discounts on the price, I got my copy for £19.00 and am very happy with it. I would recommend this book to anyone, even if it is bought just as a "coffee table" book.
