One of the best and funniest Jet Li Movies
Typically I prefer watching foreign movies with subtitles but back In the day I had the english dub on VHS and it's really well voice acted for its comic effect. I later got a DVD of this but it only contained the Cantonese & Mandarin Dubs, Unfortunately this DVD doesn't the original cantonese audio, shame it doesn't have all 3 but i think its the best one of the 3 Shaolin Temple movies (They are not sequels)

It's Excellent for PodCasting & Singing

Dont be fooled by all the sheep on youtube using the blue yeti, I myself nearly got one and although the prices are around the same price this just sounds more crisp especially for singing.
Features
The headphone feature is very nice. You don't need a volume 'gain' on the device and you dont need a omi/bi directional mic function.
A Pop filter is included and the plastic stand is just fine (which you can change for a boom stand)
It also comes with a really long cable so you can take the mic far away from your pc and into your home made foam sound booth. I like this USB mic a lot and I can't see why I would need to upgrade it in the future.

MtF? Better to talk to your Doctor
I want to be as fair as I can when talking about this product but like Every single Online article about 'Pueraria Mirifica' there is 'not enough scientific human data' on this product nor is it approved by UK Department of Health (MHRA) or the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The point of Pueraria Mirifica is to increase Estrogen Levels the dose of this product is quite high but as a Man I am also producing Testosterone which will be naturally fighting against the production of Estrogen.
I've been taking one capsule a day and intended to do more experimentation on what time of day, what to eat it with, combine with other Testosterone lowering foods/activity etc. Even if it didnt promote breast changes I was interested in the skin and hair benefits some have reported. I have only just started thinking about transitioning and thought this would be a 'no commitment' sort of start to the process.
Many Vitamins/Pharmaceuticals say they take two weeks to show effects, I would confidently say that these capsules act as a minor diuretic, they may have been making me more tired and now I'm experiencing cold like symptions (which is likely just a cold) but I'm also now paranoid that my lung capacity is being affected and also just read a user review that PM caused lung blood clots, and who knows what the effect of liver and kidney function could be. Initially I just assumed this would be an additional suppliment now I'm worried its a carcinogen. I regret buying such a large pack. It's not something I can recommend, say is good value or good quality (It could be sawdust for all I know)
All products promising Bigger/Better etc always come hand in hand with the snake oil sales pitch and with that the risk of consuming something that will negatively affect your health. The leaflet that comes with the product also states they cant promise any effects. You may find many articles singing the praises of PM (these can also be fake/ad sponsorship to increase sales) and you will find negative reviews, we all have different bodys hormone levels, tollerances, allergies etc, this is certainly not a one shoe fits all product.
Ultimately if you are a Man who wants Breasts its more logical and sensible to talk to your Doctor and get medically approved HRT Estrogen (and even that is not without risks/side effects)
