At last a book that really addresses the causes and problems of IBS etc. This has been a great help full of relevant information. The things that I have noticed immediately what the easy writing style and the really nice and clear photos. I initially though the food and diet were going to be horrendous but the recipe section is really interesting with the wide variety food stuffs that you can eat I'm only just starting with this change of life style and it is showing improvements after just a few days. I will be getting the updated edition as soon as I've finished working through this one.
