    Book purchased on price (£7 plus £2.10 postage). Not arrived after 3 weeks so contacted seller who replied. Then Royal Mail delivered card to say that they had a parcel with fee to pay. 18 mile round trip to sorting office & £1.50 fee because seller had put insufficient postage on. Paid postage for 250g but actually weighed 293g Messaged seller several times since to ask about refunding fee but no response. Possibly genuine mistake but very poor response from seller who had made the mistake

    Speedy delivery, good communication with seller. The halogen bulb had come loose and rattling around in transit, this then didn’t work when I opened the unit up and put it back in, and I had to replace the halogen. I feel maybe better packaging could have prevented this, but overall happy with product, and was only seller I could find that sold this item so i would say the seller has a good stock of items.
