Then Royal Mail delivered card to say that they had a parcel with fee to pay. 18 mile round trip to sorting office & £1.50 fee because seller had put insufficient postage on. Paid postage for 250g but actually weighed 293g Messaged seller several times since to ask about refunding fee but no response. Possibly genuine mistake but very poor response from seller who had made the mistake
