Broken within 10 minutes of using!
Product was purchased last week and arrived on Saturday, used for 10 minutes and the strimmer failed to power back on as I moved down the garden, initially believing the power cord might of come loose, I checked all connections, the electrics were running (not tripped the electric box), lawn mower worked fine,very faint sounds coming as though the motor was trying to move.(audible from inside the property) which indicates electrical connections cant be broken and problem must lay with the motor, the head rotates freely when you move it by hand, no signs of obstruction.
As brand new, sending back as should be covered by warranty.
If this product breaks from cutting grass around the edges of a garden within 10 minutes of use.... its hard to rave about this product and deserves a 1 star, the only reason I gave it 2 is because when it worked the design of the strimmer was good to hold, use, and trim the edging nicely so it had potential
