Starbucks VIA Instant Decaf Coffee makes a great, quick, mess-free cup of coffee.

In my house, caffeine is king, so when I decided to give it up, it was either buy a dedicated machine for my one or two cups, get my coffee to go from a café, or just stop drinking coffee all together. As it turns out, there is a fourth option, a great option: Starbucks VIA Instant Decaf Coffee, Italian Dark Roast. One can control the strength with more or less water, so once you figure out your ratio, you’ll have a perfect cup, every time. I also love this no-mess option, just boil some water, tear open the pre measured packed, dump it in a cup, add your water and enjoy. You only have the cup to wash. I do sometimes drink the caffeinated version and it is just as good. I highly recommend this product for a quick, easy cup.

Terrific tasting instant option. Strong though, so use a big cup.

I’ve given up caffeine and we have but one coffee maker in the house, so instant was the obvious choice for me. I love the taste of the Starbucks VIA instant decaf! On those rare occasions I sneak a sip of the brewed, caffeinated variety, I find I have grown to prefer the taste of mine: the VIA instant. My only complaint, more of a suggestion, is that you should use a big cup if you plan on adding a whole packet. It is quite strong.
