Obviously had been stored somewhere damp. It’s been wiped down with IPA and that has tamed the fusty smell. This doesn’t affect the function of the unit as it’s strapped to the rear of a bicycle, so overall I’m happy to have an additional FLY6 unit. If the battery lasts well then it’ll be good value. Thanks.
