Almost as good as the original.

It fits almost as good as the original, but slides on and off just a hair easier. The plastic seems pretty sturdy as well. Overall I cannot tell the difference when in use.

A really good strap.

I was unhappy with the stress my old strap put on the tripod socket. This thing cut the stress in half. I have a heavy camera and big lenses, so was always worried about something going wrong. Now I carry my second camera without worry. I usually have one camera in use and a second on a sling strap. I always worried about the single point of failure on the sling. Plus, the socket was under a lot of stress. Now the weight is on the socket and lug, so it spread out. It also positions the camera so it is a hair easier to grab.

So far as good as factory

I tried it being skeptical that these batteries would be as good as Nikon factory batteries. To my surprise, not only did they work but had a little more juice than factory batteries. When my camera thinks they are on one bar they go a little longer than stock. They can charge in the Nikon charger, and work in 3 different bodies. Very happy with this purchase. Only waiting to see how long they last before they need replacing. That is the real test.
