Excellent autobiographical war story.
Full disclosure, TP O'Brien was my best friend's dad, a top bloke and an excellent raconteur whom I remember with great fondness from my childhood.
I never knew his backstory, but my son is into autobiographical history, so I got him all three of TP's books. He found them all to be great reads, as I guessed they would be.
