  Item was purchased on March 16th, sent by mail on March 20th with tracking number given to the customer. Buyer paid $3 for shipping. Shipping from Israel at this cost never takes less than 3-4 weeks. Customer has given neutral feedback before contacting me about this prior to writing this review. If customer needed to receive the item urgently, they could have contacted me in advance and I would shipped it in a faster, more expensive manner. Communicating needs is important in human interaction.
