Purchased it, arrived on the date & in the time window, well packaged, well anchored on new wood pallet, unpackage as instructions, driver great, brand new, pristine, Not a mark or dent, info, pipe and free samples inside drum. 100% recommend seller no problem Ebay had a promotion on so it was even better price, All Great

Their app/ tracking facilities are brilliant and they handled the package with great care (unlike most other couriers we’ve experienced) and delivered a day earlier than expected.   Arrived fast, well packaged, however the TV had an internal fault when turned on :( contacted company and I have to say had the best customer service from Chloe who guided me through the return process with a replacement sent! The TV works perfectly!! Simply can not fault the customer service at all! Communication every day and very helpful! 10/10!! TV itself is awesome and I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy from! Value for money n fantastic picture quality! Cheers!

  Fridge Freezer as described - excellent service. Only problem was old unit was NOT removed at time of delivery although this service was paid for. Phoned ReliantDirect - spoke to Nikky who found out ReliantDirect had NOT booked the removal service. Nikky sorted the issue out very quickly and booked for next day collection. Old unit was collected the next day. Many thanks to Nikky for sorting this out - also delivery company was excellent

  Lovely business, speedy communication and above all honesty something alot of people miss. When I ordered I had a call from John who explained that the delivery for that particular item did not arrive and that it would be in by the 28th Sept 2025. I promised him I'd stick until that date and come to an arrangement if it had not arrived. It did and I received it the very next day, great service with lovely people. Highly recommended Seller
