Excellent colouring!!
Just a little blob is enough to get excellent colour in cakes, cupcakes, etc. It is easy to use, as u only need a toothpick or tip of spoon, depending of how much mixture you have. The only thing I can fault is that with some colours you will need a lot more paste in the mixture. For example, I found the Christmas Red was too light in my mix, came out coral- like, but with that said, all I had to do was add an extra blob of colour and that's it, and the mix wasn't affected. it was a little more liquid than usual, but once baked, came out fantastic!!
