Wrong operating system
0 of 3 found this helpful Although this machine is good i purchased it as i needed a computer that did not operate on windows 10 this was advertised and in the writeup it was stated in no less than three placed that it was loaded with windows 8.1, ideal for what i needed. When it arrived it was already loaded with windows 10 with no option to revert to 8.1 as this had never been loaded. Needless to say totally useless for the purpose i bought it for. This Toshiba laptop is to all intents a good machine but if like me you cannot have one working on windows 10 then i suggest you look elsewhere.
