However, I ordered on the 4th, 1 week later I had a note from the Royal Mail claiming that the item was being held by them due to non-payment of postage. The following day was my daughter’s birthday and I had to collect the item that morning. I’ve sent multiple messages to the seller over the course of the last 3-4 days and received nothing back. Bearing in mind I had to end up paying for postage that was advertised as “free” by seller - be aware
