Disappointing product
Cheap rubbish. You cannot keep the preset. As soon as it is set, it is no longer there next time.

Too soft and not stated as soft on the website.
The brush heads say soft brush on the packet - not on the website, and one only gets to know this once you have received them. Why not state it on the website, so we can know what we are buying. I have used one for about a week and it is already looking worn out. This is because they are too soft. I would prefer medium brush. Are they available in this design? Soft heads don't last and are only suitable for people who have gum problems, which the majority of us do not have. Why not make them for what the majority would use?!
