Pricey, but it does the job!
I repaired a silicone diving mask with this, and it holds very well. I tried pulling on it pretty hard -to where the original material on both sides of the repair was stretching considerably- and it held fine.
Saved me about $100 on the first use.
It does say the shelf life is fairly short after exposure to air; I think it was something like a month, but I'm not sure.
I tried squeezing a blob out of the tube, then wiping it off with some shopping-bag plastic and screwing the cap over the plastic, to try to prevent any exposure of the remaining adhesive to air. We'll see how that goes...

Best I've found because of "No Return" feature
Unlike almost all other dispensers I've seen, this one has a rubber diaphragm with a star-shaped hole in it to prevent the bags from retreating inside the dispenser.
It would be nice if it were a little beefier, as it's hard to decide when you've tightened the end cap "enough" after refilling it, but overdoig it and "jumping the threads" doesn't seem to harm it any.
Also, the black bags which come with it are a bit hard to find at night if you leave them alongside the trail to pick up on your return, but they ARE discreet.

I haven't tried it yet..
I haven't tried it yet, but I don't know another way to get it to stop popping up. It looks like it should work as advertised though.
