  Absolute time waster bid up to reserve within 24hrs waited a whole week won auction then 12 hours later wanted to cancel looking at other reviews he's done this a few times I've lost out on eBay fees now, why are you doing this to people? What's your problem? Avoid, block him, don't allow him to bid on items, eBay ban him!!!!!!
