  WOW!!!!!! if you own a Bose wave system you need to save this seller they resurrected my system that had stopped working and was displaying various faults they assessed serviced and fixed it with the required new part communication was thorough and i was kept up to date at all stages I'm a dedicated CD user and nothing compares to the rich sound of the wave system so having it "saved" was beyond brilliant and a major relief would recommend in a heartbeat .

  I posted my PCB at around 11am on Thursday. The seller received the board on Friday morning. By Friday afternoon the board had been repaired, tested and posted back to me. I received it on Sunday morning around 10am. Yeah, Sunday! I was shocked too. The board repair has done the trick and I now have my subwoofer back. Crazily brilliant service from Clifford. Probably the best service that I have received from anyone, anywhere.

  Fun and games with this seller, I would avoid at all costs if I were you....... Received damaged and not working as expected, poorly packed in box so was loose in transit, seller sends link for return lable, dispatched back to sender via Royal Mail only for Royal Mail to contact me to say the lable has incorrect address/not found. Item returned to me, contacted seller requesting correct info lable, still waiting, ebay have been informed that something is seriously wrong here plus still no refund
