Motorbike / Bike Bicycle Handle Bar Mount Bracket For GoPro HD & Hero 1 2 3 3+ 4

Handlebar mount
It does the job but the clamp feels a little soft (as in it flexes when tightened), that said it does seem to hold the camera OK and didn't slip. At the price it is more than fine though. :-)

TomTom Go720T
This must be about the best SatNav available in the UK. It has pre-installed maps of Western Europe plus a memory card slot (SD) for storage of MP3s, photos etc. Route planning is very simple and intuitive as is every other function of the device. The unit is quite thin, and has a large easy to see display that is in a widescreen format. Everything is done via the touch screen apart from the on/off button. Battery life (when not plugged in) seems to be about 4 to 5 hours, but it is usually charging either by the 12v car charger, or whilst it is in the USB dock connected to the computer. Once the 'TomTom Home' software is installed on the computer, simply sit the 720 on the dock and switch it on and it checks for updates from the TomTom website and downloads/installs them automatically. It has the capability to play MP3s (from the SD card) either outputting through the internal speaker, or via 'line out', Bluetooth or FM. The latter (FM) is very clever. It transmits on a user definable frequency that you can tune your car stereo to and your music comes out of the car speakers! I have a 2Gb card in mine and have put about 24 CDs of music on it, these can be played using a 'playlist', by 'artist', by 'genre' or by selecting each song. The bluetooth part is probably the weakest point. It's OK, but could be better. Most phones I've tried can use 720s bluetooth handsfree feature but it's best to check the TomTom websites 'compatability list' as the 'data functions' only seem to work for a select list of phones. The data functions can get weather reports and check traffic alerts etc. Via a wireless data link you could also download extra maps at a cost), 'voices', 'points of interest', and strangely 'buddies' - this is where you can have a buddy list and see where other people you know are and communicate with them! - haven't tried that feature yet, so cannot comment about how well it works. The 'T' on the end of 720T means that it comes with the Traffic module. This plugs in and tells you of problems on your route. Quite useful! Routes can be set and saved prior to the start of the journey which is handy, and a feature that not too many other SatNavs seem to have. Routes can be downloaded also, these tend to be either famous, or scenic, or something. When you first set up the 720 you can download the latest map from TomTom so you know you have the very latest regardless on how long the unit has sat on the shelf in the shop. There is also a feature called 'Map Share'. This gives you the ability to 'edit' maps/roads that are not accurate or have changed so that your map is correct. You can then elect to share this info with the TomTom community, and vice-versa. To stop bogus changes being applied you can select either 'changes checked by TomTom', 'Changes reported by many', or 'all changes'. The middle one seems right for me, and it has now made 74000 changes to the map! (Europe maps). Other 'minor' features include... Display photos in JPG format. Change voices (computer ones also read out road names) Change 'car' on the screen. 1000's of Points of Interest (plus more to download). Change colour scheme, map colours, startup/shutdown screens. Overall, a very impressive device, the 'new model' is due out, so some bargains can be found. The new one, the 730, has a couple of new features, nothing major, and is the same hardware btw. If you need a SatNav I would recommend the 720. Enjoy! Paul (Replica2k)
