Seller claimed it was sent complete despite the parcel being sealed and untampered on arrival. Had to resolve with eBay stepping in - Big shame. I would usually leave neutral feedback but I was essentially made to feel like I was in the wrong. Mistakes happen, take accountability, don't point fingers it's not good business etiquette.

A money saver
Fairly difficult to dismantle existing Sat Nav but there are videos showing how to do this on You-tube. You definitely require the supplied toolkit.
The old battery needed to be pried from the Sat Nav base as it was stuck down with double sided tape.
The battery is fitted with an adequate length cable for easy assembly. Take care to correctly orientate the connector to the Sat Nav connection socket.
