A top seller! Great item, communication, packaging and quality of service! �� Messaging was easy and we negotiated an offer lower than the listing price which was super amazing and very kind! The item itself was clean and had clearly been stored properly. As for packaging, it was well protected by bubble wrap, and an outer box. And inside the item was actually carefully wrapped by a layer of clingfilm making it more water tight. Thoughtful details like that really make you feel good. Thank you!!

Badly designed grater
I use a parmisan grater on a weekly basis, usually they do last me a good few years. Recently my fulll body plastic grater broke so I decided to purchase another one and I made the mistake to purchase this model. I thought it looked elegant, sleek and sturdy. How wrong I was ! It's heavy and in reality terribly designed as it is combined of parts made of heavy metal and cheap plastic. I have to squeeze it using lot of strength just to produce a meagre amount of grated cheese. Inevitably it broke in matter of weeks. I am very disappointed so I don t' want other people to waste their money too. I am very surprised by the number of positive reviews though and make me wonder if they are all genuine...
