very disappointed
Could be a great vacuum....but...I was never told this vacuum works horribly if you have dogs. Dog hair will mess up your beater brush really fast , and it's one pain in the ass to clean each time you use it. It was a total waste of money for me. Don't say you weren't warned.

Disappointment
2 of 3 found this helpful Sent me the product without a charger, and said they had no chargers left. They preceded to reimburse me for the charger, but it was only enough money to pay for a knockoff charger, Once I got the charger, the charger told me the batter they sent me was defective. My neighbor who owns this same machine, bbought everything from me so he has extra parts, and a better charger. Quality control with this company is pretty poor.

Rather have a physical card
It's a great deal, but I would like a physical card, and not a piece of paper, that's easy to lose
