    Ordered electric clothes drier from this seller. Cover was missing. Contacted seller who offered £10 refund. I wanted the item complete so asked for a refund. Seller reluctant to tell me who paid the carriage. In fact I never found out. When asked again got an angry reply to say he had offered me a partial refund & what else did I expect. Not very professional. I had no choice but to accept the £10 refund,leaving me out of pocket with paying carriage. Think it was a resale item not new.

    I offered you a refund of £10 to purchase the cover that was missing out of goodwill as explained the cover should have been in the box. I did not get angry I offered you to return the item a number of times but you were unwilling to do this and expecting to be fully refunded without sending my item back and as you did not want to do this you opted for the partial refund. You had a choice to send the item back
