Great machine - still have to cut away the long hair.
2 of 2 found this helpful Love this product. It is light and powerful, easy to maneuver once you get used to the rotating ball, great on stairs.
Cons:
- the attachment holder is not included so you can't store the attachments on the machine without making another purchase.
- For most area rugs the suction is super strong and makes use difficult. You have to vacuum it with the attachments instead of using it in the upright setting.
- The rotating brush still will get locked up with long hair and you have to cut it off. However, the indicator light is a helpful feature for this issue.
