  Item not as described. Listed as Copper when it was made of Brass. No apology for totally wrong material description, just told in numerous messages that whether Copper or Brass that is "irrelevant" and also "subjective " not my words. Which is not to any potential buyers. Firstly refused the return request as I had polished a small area ( to prove it was Brass) Eventually agreed to a partial refund and still no apology or taking any responsibility for your mistake.
