Great indoor workouts
Product exactly as described. Owning DVD containing two workouts now allows me to cancel monthly GAIAM channel subscription. Debbie Rocker is an athlete who coaches you through the workouts. Included on DVD is an interesting interview which provides insight into her background and training/coaching philosophy.
My go-to indoor workouts even though her cuing of next moves takes some getting used to.
