Received a refund, however, it was after close to a month of waiting; seller's responsiveness was 'ok'. It seems that more could have been done to resolve this, mainly, just ship another set out since it was documented via USPS tracking that I never received them, especially since it was stated by the seller that 'this has happened before'. Ordering on 12-11-24 to have a resolution via refund on 1-9-25 is bizarre and it has held up delivery of a set of wheels.

Obviously this was a USPS issue not an issue of our service or product. You also received a refund as we have no more to ship you. To the comment that it happened before, the order was shipped during the holidays and a snow storm that shut down half of the USA. Glad we could help and looking forward to your business in the future.
