  Mugs arrived one broken and the other cracked. Informed seller. I wasn’t worried about a refund. But the lady wasn’t happy about than being broken in post. I too picture of broken mug to her so she contact real mail. But did notice crack until after this communication. It would have been nice to say thank you.

  Great. Delivery prompt with no problems. I was a little worried that these pastels may have got damaged in transit as they are very delicate but I had no need to worry. The packaging was so brilliant there was no chance that would have happened. Seller clearly took time to bind up these small pots with care. Arrived in perfect condition and despite being advertised as used I could barely tell. Thanks
