  This seller charged my card for an item they said they shipped on March 14. No tracking information other than that. I reached out today, March 26, asking where the shipment was and received an email back that my card was being refunded. No explanation. No additional information. And I would certainly have appreciated knowing that I was not going to receive my order 2 weeks ago when I ordered. Instead of waiting 2 weeks and having to track it down myself.
