    The transaction was easy. The shipping was timely. We didn't care for the way the candlesticks were packed, but they did arrive undamaged, for which we are thankful. The bowl was wrapped very well, as were the candlestick bases. The tops were not wrapped in anything, and just had paper stuffed around them. We are thankful they weren't damaged in shipping. Beautiful set is as described. My Bashful Charlotte is pleased

    The Crate and Barrel mugs were an exact match for my partial set. The seller's packaging was perfection. The seller's description was exact and the mugs look like they'd never been used. If I could have given a 6 star rating I would have. Great Job RT!!! Shipping costs are some of those annoying issues that aren't 100% pleasing. I guess I'm spoiled with A-Prime.

too medicinal but good product
The Cinnamon is a bit medicinal for me as I use it primarily for aroma therapy. Perhaps using in a different way would be better? Not sure. The company has been good with shipping and and pricing. No complaints there.
