Probably ok if you're fit.
I bought this because of my problems with my shoulders. It hasn't helped because you need pressure to get results.

Some good some not so good points
3 of 3 found this helpful Easy to set up. Printing quite easy though instructions for duplex printing could be clearer. My first attempts printed reverse upside down. Copying easy but getting thick (1 inch) black top edge on some copies which is a waste of ink. Haven't yet sussed scanning. Instructions very brief and not very clear. Ink programme free trial is a con - only 15 copies per month and £1 for every 10 after that. Better to sign up for the 50 per month. Overall an ok printer small and compact but taking time to get used to it. At £40 is a reasonable but but wouldn't pay more for it.
