    This seller is horrible. I promptly paid for tool on 9/16/24 , here it is 10/18/24 and I still never received Ridgid sds plus drill. I reached out to seller 3 times without any response. I tried to be patient because I really wanted the tool. I filed a dispute with eBay and still, I requested the tool instead of a refund. I imagine that they didn't even respond to eBay because I got a refund instead of the tool . I know this seller has high ratings but I would not buy from them.

    Never managed to get any communication from this seller. I waited two weeks after making the purchase and then sent the seller a message. Just hoping to get some information about my order. After another week Ebay actually prompted me to take further steps with the purchase. So I let them attempt to contact the seller. And the the next day they asked if I wanted a refund. Which is the option I took. When buying vintage tools goes bad, I always worry something happened to the poor old guy selling

    Retro-City-Treasures was an effective, empathetic communicator. The item was received in the condition described, and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was an item missing when it was received. When I communicated with Retro City Treasures, they responded FAST, and offered me options of full and partial refunds. When I asked for a partial refund, they generously responded with more than I asked for my troubles. I would recommend this seller to anyone who likes integrity.
