  The earbuds were not as described. The item was unsealed, and the contents looked tird. The spare earbuds were just wrapped in a plastic bag, and the charging cable wasn't original. I returned the product. I then bought the same pair from Currys and can confirm that the item I received may not have been manufacturer-approved. The seller was quick to accept the return and issue a refund. Overall disappointed ,but refund was issued quickly.

  Fake item. Arrived in open damaged box. The headphones were covered in dust and the serial number was registered last October (which is how they do it with fake good. Use on genuine serial number for hundreds of counterfeit versions). The seller has been reported. Avoid at all costs
