There was a back up at a postal service hub which severely delayed shipping at no fault to the seller and they messaged me when they saw the delay and offered to send me another copy through a different carrier to fulfill my order which we didn't end up having to do.   Seller’s communication was superb, courteous and professional. Clearly to be commended. UNFORTUNATELY, in shipping this fine and heavy book was obviously dropped. Top right corner of book was bent, as were all the pages in top right corner. Cannot fault Seller, as book was well packed, but the weight of this large book when evidently dropped damaged the box, book and pages. The book itself is excellent. For my use and damage will not affect readability.
