Once they realised I had purchased 2 items on the say day they refunded 1 postage charge, very kind of them.     Whoever packed my vintage Burco boiler deserves a medal! Thank you. So much care, bubble wrap, expanded polystyrene and OBVIOUS good sense was the only reason it survived EVRI DELIVERY, being - CLEARLY - thrown over my gate causing it to land several metres away. Why, being lightweight, did deliverer not gently put it over the gate where it would have reached the ground? Such stupidity AND CARELESSNESS was compounded by the photo taken of the boiler WHILST IT WAS STILL IN THE DELIVERY VEHICLE!
