One boot was damaged when arrived not sated on description or when asked if any damage to boots, seller did credit me as soon as they could however was only credited back a small amount had to get in touch with eBay customer services which was a nightmare

Items delivered exactly as specified and on the date specified. Tiny bit of cosmetic damage to the box, but likely royal mail's fault not the sellers; didn't affect the skates inside at all. I'm always a bit nervous about using ebay because all the seller profiles read like scams "100% genuine" etc. However was pleasantly surprised everything was above board here and great. Would happily order from them again!
