  Good quality, seller did not lie about the struggle with getting support on this, though! Do be wary that if you contact Hildebrand to link the device to your account, they will charge you £30 - so adding it all up, it's cheaper to order from their website. That being said, device works great, and seller's absolutely tip-top.
