    Item was securely packaged and shipped, and came in excellent condition. The Fitbit was in it's brand new boxing and everything was included. It did not have a user manual except for a quick setup page, but I went online and downloaded it from the Fitbit website. I set it up and it is working perfectly. I am very pleased with this seller and with the price I paid. Unfortunately I did not think to take any photos, but it came just like the picture on the E-Bay website.

    Terrible experience. Seller said there would be a small delay in shipping, then it got extended a week. Then the seller decided to send the game off to get graded without asking me because he was worried they may be fake. They then said they would send me the game no matter the grade, but its been a month! During that time they reposted the games again as authentic. When asked to provide proof of sending games in to get graded, buyer went silent again. Buyer beware! This seller is not honest!

I do apologize your shopping experience was unsatisfactory, & I much appreciate your patience while I was on away time. But you have lies mixed into your story. I understand you’re upset the deal was cancelled & I refunded you quickly without issue as promised & I sent games out on my own dollar(free of charge to you) to ensure quality/authenticity. I Have screenshots of you agreeing to take the refund and part ways !
