3 of 3 found this helpful Bought this to go on the end of my powertec Olympic bench. Firstly lifting it in and out is cumbersome, it's a very heavy bit of kit. Only 1 foot position and the locking pin sits exactly where the weight arms drop back to so if you're not careful you'll break the pin. Also if you're tall this prob won't be any good for you.

Brilliant half cage
I've used a lot of gym equipment over the years and this is by far the best home use half cage I've come across. Strong, heavy and extremely stable. Can support more weight than a lot of home use full cages. Easy to put together on your own, took me about 30 minutes but a couple of good spanner’s or ratchets are need. Perfect buy and a brilliant bit of kit, highly recommended and a great price. Love it

Not needed
This is just a very expensive not necessary attachment. Cumbersome to get in and out of the bench, awkward positioning and better results can be achieved doing alternative exercises. I love powertec equipment but wish I’d never purchased on of these....
